IT APPEARS JENNIFER Lawrence has followed through on her legal threat to websites hosting her stolen nude photos.

Today, Google removed two links to a site hosting the stolen nude photos of the actress from its search results.

The Guardian reports that Lawrence’s lawyers filed takedown requests against the sites, stating they infringed her copyright.

Since the first batch of nude photos were leaked in early September, Google has been under pressure to deal with sites hosting the stolen images.

Entertainment lawyer Martin Singer, who represents over a dozen of the female celebrities affected, has threatened to sue Google for $100m for its “blatantly unethical behaviour”.
